Call for Articles

The Executive Team, Editorial Board, and Publishers of DivTech Insights welcome the submission of articles on the following subjects for our DivTech Executive publication.

Requested Subjects

  • Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Programs

  • Initiatives to Combat Economic and Racial Inequalities

  • Diversity and Inclusion Training

  • Enhancing Gender Diversity in STEM

  • Approaches to Diverse Recruiting

  • Best Practices for Diverse Recruiting

Submission Guidelines

The following types of articles are considered for publication:

  • Practitioner articles for our DivTech Executive publication: Thought pieces, best practice articles, case studies, new approaches, technologies and techniques, research reports, legal and regulatory updates, and other contributions. All case studies must address the following questions: What has worked? Why has it worked? What lessons were learned? How could it be done elsewhere? Articles should be 1,000 to 5,000 words in length.

  • Research papers for our DivTech Insights Research publication: Contributions that explore new models, theories, and applied research in diverse recruiting practices and policies for technology organizations. Research papers must have clear implications for professionals and business practice. Research papers should be around 10,000 words in length.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed to ensure that they are of direct, practical relevance to those working in the field.
